Jobbeschreibung

Drive the next generation of financial innovation by leading the Product Development lifecycle of our flagship platforms alongside our CEO, CTO and visionary engineering team.

Ginmon is a leading German FinTech pioneer where scientific asset management meets high-performance engineering. Our technology powers three distinct areas: the Ginmon Platform for automated investing with ETFs, the Apeiron Wealth Cloud for professional advisers, and Ginmon Technology, which provides sophisticated white-label "Investment-as-a-Service" solutions to institutional partners. Together we provide our customers, professionals and partners with honest advice and easy access to the capital market, which in the past was only available to the wealthy with assets of several million euros.

As a Product Development Manager, you will play a key role in the development of these platforms, working at the intersection of high-level business strategy and technical delivery. Reporting directly to the CTO and CEO, you will translate our leadership vision into actionable technical roadmaps, ensuring our engineering team builds scalable, secure, and cutting-edge solutions that will redefine the digital investment landscape across all our product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for our digital wealth management solutions, in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders (e.g., business development, sales, and marketing teams) and our external partners (e.g., technology providers and financial institutions).

  • Develop and prioritize detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, acting in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead the collaboration between design and development teams to ensure that product features are built to specification, maintaining high quality and delivered on time.

  • Conduct market and user research to identify new product opportunities, providing data-driven insights on user needs to stay ahead of industry trends in WealthTech.

  • Monitor the performance of existing features and the underlying platform, identifying opportunities for technical optimization and UX improvements.

  • Develop and execute product launch plans in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of digital product development processes, including Agile/Scrum methodologies, and the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering products on time and within budget.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in conducting market research and analysing user data to inform product development decisions.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for managing complex backlogs, sprint planning, and technical documentation.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders.

  • A professional balance between working from our central Frankfurt office and the flexibility of working from home.

  • A competitive salary package with an attractive, success-oriented bonus scheme tied to your partnership milestones.

  • The opportunity to participate in Ginmon’s long-term success through a Virtual Employee Share Option Program (VESOP).

  • Specialized employee investment conditions, high-end equipment, regular team events, and a modern office atmosphere with all the essentials (snacks, drinks, and more).
